REFLECTION

Experience
I had a fun and enjoyable time working in the design studio this semester. Being able to bond with my classmates and exchange ideas is something I truly appreciate. The collaborative environment made the process more engaging and rewarding. Aside from Mr. Vinod's feedback, the advice and suggestions I received from my classmates were incredibly helpful, they always point out mistakes that I don't notice, which really helped me improve my work. It was great to share the experience and grow together in such a supportive atmosphere.

Observation
Typography demands a great deal of effort and attention to detail, something I’ve come to appreciate deeply during this project. From exploring the history of typography and creating expressive designs, to animating text, formatting layouts, and even designing our own fonts, this module has been an incredible journey of growth and learning. It has made me realise how important it is for designers to honor where typography came from, embracing the roots of typography and strive to create work that reflects unique cultural backgrounds and identities. Typography is not just a design element, it bridges people, creativity and heritage, and I am inspired to continue exploring its potential in future projects.

Findings
I’ve realised how valuable it is to exchange ideas and perspectives with my classmates. Learning from their unique approaches and creativity has helped me grow so much. I also found that documenting the design process is super important. It not only helps communicate ideas clearly to clients but also adds value to the final artwork. A well-documented process shows the effort and thought that went into the design, making a designer's work more meaningful and impactful.
